Full Job Description We are hiring Customer Service Associates to help manage growing client needs and help provide both new and existing clients with the best products and services available. This is an opportunity to get a foot in the door with a company unlike any other.

Responsibilities:

* Manage large amounts of incoming calls

* Build trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

* Schedule and attend virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms

* Handle complaints, provide solutions and follow up to ensure resolution

* Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

* Go the extra mile to engage customers
